Crestron TSR 302 Remote and CP2E communication via GWEXER RF gateway

Hi all,

I'm working on a project with these devices. I'm new to the RF gateway and remote system setting up. I configured the remote to the gateway and it is showing signal strength as 100% in the remote and when I press on screen buttons, the active LED is blinking as well. But, when I checked the LED on CP2E I found out that the gateway is not sending signals to CP2E. So I tried from SIMPL debugger and found the same.

Can someone please help me with this? I can see a setup button (recessed) on the front side of GWEXER. I believe that it is used to connect the GWEXER to the control system via ethernet. But i couldn't find any guide on how to use that.
