About 2 or three years ago I went to a web site that I had in my favorites, named TC Projects. It not only gave detailed instructions for working on your car but also showed pictures with detailed steps.
Craig, the procedure is quite simple to remove the radio. First remove the two screws that are located at the top flange of the radio surround trim, they face directly upward. Next remove the trim. Now remove the two bolts at the top left and bottom right corners of the radio. The radio should not pull out from the dash. On the back of the radio you have to remove the bolt for the ground strap, pull out the antenna lead and unclip the two harness connections. These harness connectiona have a licking mecanism so release the locks first. There, the radio is out, Re-install it in the reverse order.

We purchased our Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid February 20th, 2018 from Huntington Beach Chrysler. I needed a mini van to hold all of the kids in the carpool I am in for my youngest son. I wanted a rear view camera and a Bluetooth radio. Our older van I had bought a new radio with Bluetooth, because I wanted that feature and loved it. I used it every day! So I knew I wanted that on my new van.
I had gotten a notice in the mail about the software update, so I was hopeful that things would finally get all fixed. The rear view camera was not working more often and I really missed the Bluetooth so I really wanted to get things resolved.

Chrysler Group will voluntarily recall approximately 240,000 minivans from the 2001-2002 model years to address a potential issue with water intrusion into the radio that could trigger a short circuit and potentially result in a speaker fire. Investigation has shown that vehicles operated for extended periods of time in conditions of high humidity and high temperature may be susceptible.
The recall only affects vehicles equipped with the base radio. Under this action, material will be added to the top of the radio to prevent water intrusion. All repairs will be made at no cost to customers.
Chrysler Group is undertaking this voluntary action to ensure that our vehicles perform as intended and that our customers continue to be satisfied with the performance of their vehicles. Owner notification will begin in January 2005.
In a separate action, Chrysler Group will recall approximately 11,100 Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Stratus sedans from the 2005 model year to ensure that the bolts that attach the left and right rear-passenger safety beltretractors and turning loops are properly installed. The issue was identified during an internal audit. No customer complaints have been reported.
