try both of the mh drivers listed on this page-- it appears to be one of the foreign sold refine plotters so thinking this might work.

What cutting software are you going to use with it - a search on the forum will have signblazer which is free to get you going and later maybe vinylmaster for an updated software

After some browsing around i found a seller on amazon that's selling the same plotter. Looks like the company name is SIGNKEY ( -Automatic-Contour-Function-Bluetooth/dp/B0721SXSR3). So i'm a bit confused on how plotters work....basically first thing I need is the correct driver right? Then install a preferred program to do the art work then press cut. Is it as simple as that or am i missing something?

The ad says "Discontinued by manufacturer" Every ad that I have read about this cutter says "Support Corel Draw output directly". Nothing about which cutting software it would work on except WinPCsign Basic. (They have on ad) But this same company does have a regular website. Maybe contact them. Looking at Signcut software, they do support this cutter. Flexi software also supports this cutter. According to Vinyl Master list It shows this. That would have to be purchased at the VinylMaster.com website.

I had a friend of mine purchase a Vevor machine, it would NOT run correctly with SignBlazer, no matter what.
The unit came with a version of SignMaster that had the correct driver. You may wish to contact them to ask if your model is supported.

I have a K1-1350 and it came with SignMaster Cut, basic cutting software. It came with signmaster on a thumbdrive - which could not be used to install the software. Had to use the optical drive to install. It's decent budget cutter, but so far has been working flawlessly. If you can find a copy of SignMaster Cut, it comes with the drivers and all that is needed. Of course since I am answering you two years too late, if you haven't gotten it working then you likely have tossed it. I bought mine new from vevor.com for around $500. Mine has a comm port, which your model unfortunately does not have - and the comm port is easiest way to set up. If you use the USB port, then you need the driver. -tools-features/

A couple of things when I try to open the Cutting Plotter Controller I get the following error "No compatible Driver has been found - Code 1104" but if I open up the Graphtec Studio it finds the cutter and communicates fine with it. Any thoughts??

Many thanks for that, yes we are running the new drivers...after a reset its sorted the cutter controller though cant send something to cut from VM with it open as it throws up a cut error on the machine not bothered really, its just the curves issue thats bugging me....

We have no idea what you are doing, before you are getting this code.. What are you doing prior to the code? You just turned your cutter on and the code 1104 is there? And which software are you using?

Have you done all of these. Factory reset? Hold down UP Arrow while turning power to cutter on? Made sure Cutter command is correct for the software you are using GP-GL or HP-GL,? Uninstalled /reinstalled new driver? Reboot computer before reinstalling. Uninstalled/reinstalled the software? Make sure everything matches. Or try a different software. If that does not help contact Graphtec for support.

Hi, I am having the same issue with code 1104. I downloaded the latest driver from Graphtec and the cutting plotter software shows in my programs. When I try to open the program I get the error code. This happens regardless of whether the machine is on or not (connected to the computer or not). Like a previous person on here my Graphtec Studio runs the cutter just fine, I am just not able to make the machine changes that I would if I could pull up Cutting Plotter - I can only make these changes on the machine itself.

Media loaded, Studio says cutter ready. All I would have to do is hit "send to cutter". Condition shows "1" and I think my conditions only go up to 8, not 9. This is a Ce6000-40. Anyway, tried opening Cutting Plotter again and still get same error code, though cuts fine from Studio.

What command does Graphtec Studio run on? If it runs on GP-GL, then try a different software that uses HP-GL language like Vinyl Master trial SigncutPro Signblazer, and see if that makes a difference. And make sure everything is set to HP-GL command.

For more information on how to install "FineCut/Coat9", "Simple POP", and the "Windows plotter driver", refer to the corresponding software reference guides, operation manuals, or instruction videos. The installers, reference guides, and operation manuals can be downloaded from the official Mimaki website.

I am using 2011 LT student. I can use it to make some graphics, but the program I use to cut vinyl does not accept dwg or dxf. I use Sign Blazer to edit and cut on my vinyl plotter/cutter. there is no driver to install so I can cut directly from Autocad, and AC doesn't save in .eps format. so what I do is open my dwg/dxf file in Inkscape and the image is fine. then I save it as an .eps so I can open it in Sign Blazer. When I open it it puts a box around every like in sted of just putting in the line. then I have to edit every line so it looks like my cad drawing again before I can send it to the cutter. the reason I use cad and not Sign blazer to do my drawings is, 1 I know how to cad more then any others and 2, it is easier to make parallel lines that are actually parallel and not just close to parallel. 3 editing is easier, cleaner, faster.

Do yourself a favor and start HELP in LT2011 (first place you always need to look, that's what it is there for), and in the search box just type EPS and read about it all. Scroll up on the left sidebar to see the main topic: PLOTTERMANAGER command inside AutoCAD will allow you to set up a Postscript (EPS) printer.

WOW that little bit of info made a huge difference! now that i can plot into eps it makes things easier. i also found out that i needed to make all my line weights 0.000 in the properties. the manufactuer of the cutter does not have a stand alone driver. so i need to play around with the plotter drivers in cad to see if one of them will work with my cutter plotter. i have a Refine Eco sold through USCutter.

Create or import your design and click the Cutter icon from the toolbar. and then it will open Cut Settings dialog box. In this dialog box, please select the appropriate Connection type and Port. Keep the other parameters as it is by default. and then click the Cut button.
