300K on 3/19/16

We will be riding a 300K brevet this Saturday. It will be starting from HH at 6 AM. The route will be the long standing River Ridge/Sorrento/ Ponchatoula/River Ridge route. Lights and reflective gear are required.

Please let me know if you are planning on attending so I can have enough brevet cards available.

If you don't think you would like to do the full 300K you can always ride the Sorrento Perm and stay with the group for the first 100 miles or you can do Crab Trap and stay with the group for the first 25.

Please let me know what you would like to do

Weather has take a turn for the worse. It looks like strong chance of rain with some hail mixed until the afternoon.

Sorrento doesn't look any better.

Anyone still planning on riding?

Well dang! Don't want to get my bike or myself damaged by hail or lightening. I also haven't heard anyone else committing to go. I really, really want to complete a full series this year, but I guess this one will have to wait until the fall.

Looks like it is going to be Erin, Dougie & me for the 300K. I'll be making cards up in just a bit.

Dougie, Erin asked about a 7 AM start time. How does that sound to you. It may mean 1 less hour of rain
