This driver works. The only thing - it is not installed automatically (some kind of error). So i unpacked it manually, then went to win10->x64 folder and manually click on install HpqKbFiltr.inf file from context menu. After reboot all FN keys worked. Thanks a lot
I've already searched the internet, but the drivers that I've found don't even recognice the cards (can't find any supported product).
Can anyone help and provide a working diver or give me a hint how to solve the problem?
The config worked previously fine with Win98SE, but updating the system to XP prooved to be a bit bumpy.
I will now try to disable all other (unnecessary) onboard devices in case they claim some IRQ or EA-Range that the soundcard requires.

Urban freight movements are associated with a series of negative externalities (congestion, safety, pollution, etc.). This project takes a holistic view to characterize and derive insights on how to minimize externalities. Research objectives: (a) Data Collection: the research team applies the behavioral laboratory Future Mobility Sensing (FMS) to collect data on (i) establishments' characteristics and shipment flows; and (ii) heavy vehicles routes, parking locations, stop details, and truck driver preferences. Data collection methods include GPS tracking of freight vehicles and shipments, and surveys on truck drivers and establishments; (b) Modeling and Analysis: Collected data is used for freight behavioral model development and subsequent integration with the SimMobility simulation laboratory, an agent-based model of passenger and freight transportation suitable to assess urban freight services/policies and their impacts; (C) Decision and Policy-Making: the research team demonstrates the potential of simulation to inform the design and evaluation of policies related to traffic management, land, and freight infrastructure planning.

It is not possible to estimate the total number of HGV drivers currently undergoing training. This is because some haulage companies have in-house training programmes and private sector training companies also train new drivers. The Government has also invested in training for new drivers for example, 34m to train up to 11,000 HGV drivers through Skills Bootcamps and the LGV Driver and Urban Driver Apprenticeships which receive funding of up to 8,000 and 5,000 respectively. In the financial year FY21-22 there were 4,740 learner starts in HGV Skills Bootcamps and 3,247 LGV Driver and Urban Driver Apprenticeship starts.
