The system may not be ideal, but at least it provides one benchmark
for how other countries are looking at these issues.
Lastly, on one of the pages I noted that the US was invited to
participating in the 2009 discussions, but it was not clear from what
I saw if the US sent someone and if so whom was sent (and from
where). If there US participation in this process it would be good to
learn more about how that is being organized and what guidance they
can provide for this group's discussions.
