LinkPoint / First Data won't export customer credit card data

FYI for the group.
Recurly has discovered that LinkPoint / FirstData is incapable/unwilling to export customer credit card data.
No customer support reps at any level seem knowledgable of any such process that would allow them to export encrypted data.
