introducing myself, Vanessa here

As the white rabbit exclaimed, "I'm late, I'm late"....  and meant to get introduction out right off but got distracted (by another mooc) and lost track of CMC central for conversation (not the same for every mooc). 

I'm delighted to be here and can tell already that this will be a lively and engaging MOOC, whether course, online salon or happening. I'm excited about the possibilities, which look to fit better with other areas of my online life, primarily community networking via blogs and social media but also an area poets/writers site + social media that I hope to integrate with a local writers group that meets face to face and on Facebook and other features.
