Best tutorials on Fireworks?

I'm an IDUG and Creatives United member and am wondering what's the
best book you're aware of for learning Fireworks CS3? I was at the
recent intro on CS4 but can't bring myself to buy that before I work
through all my Adobe Classroom In A Book series for CS3! I recently
bought Joseph Lowery's Adobe CS3 Web Workflows but he is a Windows guy
and I'm on a Mac G5. His Photoshop to Dreamweaver was pretty helpful,
but when I got to the Fireworks section, his copy of Fireworks is so
different from my Fireworks CS3 (I don't know whether my version,
which is very new, or his is the most recent upgrade) that I can't
follow his descriptions and explanations. My background is mostly in
print, ad agency art direction, sometimes creative direction. I
responded to the CU inquiry regarding a tutorial get-together/meet-up
but never got a reply or heard any more about it. I use Adobe TV but
that's for special tasks, not a big overview.
If you have any big picture/overview tutorial book suggestions it will
be much appreciated.
