Welcome to Creatives United!

Hi, I'm Kiki the moderator. I started this group because I was pissed
off that AIGA Atlanta costs so much annually, for so little
usefulness. What I really want from a designers' group is:
- getting to know other designers
- finding out about printers, sub-contractors, web developers, and
other businesses that we use
- warning about bad printers, clients, etc, as well as pimping good
ones
- freelance opportunities
- a place where I can ask for help/sub-contracting when I've got too
much work!
- sharing my knowledge and resources, like the great web-learning
sites I've found
- getting inspired by others work and ideas, and sharing my own
etc...
I think you'll agree this could become a really useful resource for
all of us! And the more Atlanta-area designers we get on this email
group, the more useful it will be! So please send out some invitations
to the designers you know, and let's make the FREE designers community
we want!
