Changes to creativePAW - please read

Dear %%firstname%%,

Thanks for joining Creative Professionals for Animal Welfare
(creativePAW) as a volunteer or animal welfare organization! For those
of you who may have forgotten who we are or why you signed up for the
Google Groups list (some of you signed up more than two years ago),
we're a network of creative volunteers -- such as writers, web
designers, photographers, graphic designers, and PR professionals --
who are willing to offer our services pro bono to animal welfare
organizations ranging from feral cat spay/neuter clinics to wild
animal refuges. Our volunteers have created brochures, logos,
websites, newsletter articles, and more for various orgs.

Right now I have this group you're a part of plus a Twitter account,
Linkedin Account, and volunteer database on the creativePAW website.
I've decided to consolidate all this into one mailing list for two
reasons:

1. Most animal welfare orgs prefer me to send their request out to
volunteers rather than searching the database and contacting
volunteers individually.

2. It's not very efficient for me to mail orgs' volunteer requests out
to several different lists!

So I've created a single mailing list. Twice a week at the most, I'll
be e-mailing out details on animal welfare orgs that are looking for
creative volunteers for their projects. I'll never share your e-mail
address with anyone else, and I'll never send spam.

If you're a volunteer and would like to receive these alerts about
animal welfare orgs looking for creative help, please subscribe to the

if you're an animal welfare org and you have a project that needs
creative volunteers like web designers, writers, etc., please fill out
the form here: http://www.creativepaw.org/find-a-volunteer/. I'll mail
your request out to the list as well as post it on the creativePAW
blog.

In a couple of weeks I'll be closing down the creativePAW database as
well as the Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Groups accounts. This will
make the process of matching orgs and volunteers much more efficient.
