One change I noticed quickly (esp when you use the revamped License
Chooser http://creativecommons.org/choose/) is the move towards an
International license. The earlier licenses-by-jurisdiction are still
available, but going ahead these will probably not be updated.

I've also noticed they've made the information on the "considerations
before licensing" page a lot more clear, particularly to those
adopting CC licenses the first time.
