Fundraising, Sponsorship and Networking Workshop for Brighton
Creatives

The Urban Enterprise Network are working alongside Creative
Development to offer a number of free places for Creative Businesses
based in the Brighton area, to attend a workshop which will provide an
insight into Fundraising from across the public and private sector.
This workshop will provide practical suggestions and tips for trying
to raise money through to developing a funding strategy for your
business / organisation.

This workshop is due to take place on Thursday 12th November 2009
Time: From 6pm
Location: The Boardroom,The Brighton and Hove Business Forum, 8 -11
Pavilion Buildings, BN1 1EE.
Cost: FREE - First come, first served basis
The format will include an opportunity to network and wine and nibbles
will be provided.

The session will cover a series of useful topics including:
Running a capital appeal
Securing project funding
Fundraising from events
Setting up membership schemes
How to approach businesses
Getting the most out of your donors
There will also be an opportunity to troubleshoot fundraising
challenges that you might be facing.
