This October, as a prequel to next year’s biennial festival of
photography, Brighton Photo Fringe is pleased to present I Witness.

I Witness, is a dynamic group show created and curated by participants
in a Brighton Photo Fringe community arts project. To mark Black
History Month and World Mental Health Day 2009, the project brought
together a diverse group of Black and minority ethnic residents of
Brighton & Hove to explore themes of emotional well-being and
identity.

Facilitated by lead artist Edi Mandala, the participants have produced
a rich and honest body of work that reflects the intricacy and
diversity of their experiences.

Opening times: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm, Sat-Sun 10am-4pm
