Why Creative doesn't make Bios updates available for its Nvidia graphics cards ??

I just bought a Creative GeForce2Titanium and I'm quite disappointed
to see that although this is a MSI OEM Creative-rebranded model, well,
Creative gives no support for it at all ! I mean, no new drivers, no
bios updates.. so I wonder why I can't even just turn it into an MSI
card ?!

I mean, if Creative doesn't want to support its customers at least it
should give official support to allow them to use MSI updates.
MSI is providing Bios updates and drivers updates at least.
My card came with SideBandAddressing disabled. With no updated bios
and no flashing utils available from Creative there's no way for
enabling it without voiding warranty.
