NT 4.0: No "Overlay Color Control" tab (geforce2 mx400 with detonator 6.50)

Dear all:

I am using a Geforce2 MX400 under NT 4.0 SP6a with detonator 6.50
reference driver. The problem is that I can not find the
"Overlay Color Control" tab in the "Geforce2 MX" -> "Additional Properties"
page. I only got "OpenGl Settings" and "Other Options"

Even I playing a MPEG file using windows media player at background,
I still didn't get the "Overlay Color Control" tab...

So... does overlay color control feature only avaliable under Win9x
or W2K, but not NT 4.0? Thanks in advance...

ps. the "Overlay Color Control" tab does exist in NVCPL.DLL's resource,
but can not find a way to show it up. I have tried to create some
registry key like "OverlayColorControlEnable" or "EnableOverlaySupport",
no work :-)
