Hi,

I have a quick question regarding this card which seems to have sever
ghosting problems. Basically, the display looks washed-up & there are
ghost images of opened windows (to the right & left of the window). I
did some research on-line and found that I'm not the only one who
experienced this problem and I was wondering if anyone has any insight
on this problem. I tried the card with three different monitors, a
Sony 15SF II, a GDM-400PS (with BNC cable) and a NEC 6FG, all displayed
the same problem. I tried installing various drivers, I downloaded
the most recent driver from Creatives web site but that did not seem
to help either. I tried tweaking the display with PowerStrip, no help
there either.

I wanted to ask if anyone has any other ideas on who to fix this
problem. I know creative (or Nvidia) are aware of the problem, but
I didn't find any statements from these companies on how this problem
can be fixed. Would a BIOS update solve the problem? Is there one
available for this card and where can I find it? I also noticed that
when I installed the first set of drivers I found for this card the
computer found it as a CT6960, but when I installed the most current
drivers from Creatives web site, the card was found as a CT6961. Is
this an OEM made card? What's the difference between the CT6960 &
CT6961? Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated, don't
forget to remove the anti spam part from my email address before
replying. Thanks.
