Overview

We are seeking a Senior SCOM Monitoring Engineers / Architects to join an enterprise monitoring transformation program. These individuals will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting large-scale Microsoft SCOM environments across hybrid infrastructures.
The ideal candidates will have deep hands-on experience with SCOM, monitoring automation, enterprise dashboards, incident reduction strategies, and integrations with platforms such as Splunk, ServiceNow, RMAD, Active Directory, and Change Auditor.

These roles will join the same team as a recently hired SCOM Architect and will help scale monitoring capabilities for mission-critical systems across Fortune 500-level environments.

 

Required Skills & Experience

·        7+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft SCOM in large enterprise environments.

·        Deep experience designing and implementing end-to-end monitoring architectures.

·        Expertise with SCOM management packs, overrides, alert tuning, and custom monitoring.

·        Strong scripting skills: PowerShell (required), Python or Bash (preferred).

·        Experience integrating SCOM with ServiceNow, Splunk, Change Auditor, and Active Directory.

·        Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.

·        Experience with monitoring-related security, compliance, and audit frameworks.

·        Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative architecture team.
