Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ab Initio ETL Developer with a strong background
in MHUB and large-scale data integration projects. The ideal candidate will
design, develop, and maintain complex ETL solutions to support enterprise data
initiatives, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and mappings using Ab Initio.
Work extensively with Ab Initio MHUB for metadata management and data
integration.
Optimize and tune ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to define data
requirements and implement effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and
loading processes.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the data pipeline.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and production support activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in ETL development using Ab Initio.
Strong hands-on expertise in Ab Initio MHUB.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database
design.
Experience with performance tuning, error handling, and debugging ETL
processes.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g.,
Oracle, Teradata, or SQL Server).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with big data platforms or cloud-based ETL tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and version control systems.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
