Skills

• Required Qualifications to succeed in this role:
• Proven experience logistics/supply chain performance management tools and systems, such as WMS, TMS, and ERP platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data visualization tools to lead reporting and insights generation.
• Ability to manipulate and transform data using SQL, DAX, or similar languages.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of statistical or predictive models is a plus.
• Investigative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to connect data to practical actions.
• Strong ability to operate in global and cross-functional environments, with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in top-tier consulting or strategy firms is considered a strong advantage.

 

Education

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management and/or Data & Analytics roles.
