Job Summary:
The IT SAP Business Analyst II will operate with minimal supervision and is expected to bring strong expertise and best-practice knowledge to the team. This role is responsible for shaping and sustaining the SAP Global Design framework, contributing to all phases of the solution development lifecycle—from vision and scope definition through planning, implementation, and ongoing support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, refine, and maintain the approach, processes, and tools that support the SAP Global Design strategy.
• Provide SAP subject matter expertise across all project phases, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Partner closely with Business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and implement best-practice SAP functionalities aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Develop business cases to support solution adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Support ongoing solution maintenance and enhancements, ensuring system stability and alignment with evolving business processes.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including PPDS and IBP tools.
• Strong data management and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in solution quality testing, validation, and deployment.
• Knowledge of subcontracting planning within SAP environments.
