Finance Business Process Analyst
Location: Farmington Hills, MI ( Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $40/hr C2C

 

The client is looking specifically for someone with hands-on automotive finance experience(including call center, collections, and retail/lease portfolio workflows) as well as a true Business Process Analyst background.

• Mapping and documentation of all internal Finance & Controlling processes relative to the launch of a new Retail and Lease Portfolio system in 2016. 
• Identify process and data gaps and support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training activities associated with the project.
• Work closely with Finance & Controlling, business, and IT to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows 
• Development of clear and detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements 
• Develop diverse exhaustive use-case scenarios to test the design of the new system
• Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality
• Assist the project team in prioritizing and managing requirements
• Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents
• Identifying issues and risks for business and IT


Skills
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering 
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows 
• Strong facilitation skills to manage business process workshops
• Ability to capture and document detailed business requirements 
• Ability to develop instructional and procedural documentation and presentations 
• Ability to work independently 
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to adjust communication to accommodate diverse audiences
• Ability to coordinate and track tasks with multiple departments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• ALM experience preferred
Software Skills – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Sharepoint)


Experience
• 3-4 years automotive finance business processes with focus on call center activities (Customer Service and Collection processes)
• 1-3 years Business Analyst experience, on large and complex projects
• 1-2 years business process analysis and documentation
• 1-2 years project management and facilitation activities
