The client is looking specifically for someone
with hands-on automotive finance experience(including call center,
collections, and retail/lease portfolio workflows) as well as a true
Business Process Analyst background.

Mapping and documentation of all internal Finance & Controlling processes
relative to the launch of a new Retail and Lease Portfolio system in
2016.
• Identify process and data
gaps and support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training activities
associated with the project.
• Work closely with Finance
& Controlling, business, and IT to identify and analyze core business
processes and workflows
• Development of clear and
detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements
• Develop diverse exhaustive
use-case scenarios to test the design of the new system
• Perform and document User
Acceptance Testing to validate functionality
• Assist the project team in
prioritizing and managing requirements
• Assist in the development
and documentation of instructional training documents
• Identifying issues and
risks for business and IT
