how should we categorize requests from texts?

Right now they are unfindable because they have no category and no neighborhood. I might be able to add neighborhood support but I dont know how we would do categories. Should we just add a "Unknown" or "Uncategorized" category and put them all in it? Or maybe "Text Message". These requests will be useless if no one sees them
