Lutheran Restoring Creation (LRC) is hosting a working retreat called “Multiply” to bring together leaders in creation care from every synod in the ELCA this winter! This will take place at Lutheridge Camp in North Carolina from January 23-25th. Their goal is for individuals, congregations, synods and LRC as a whole, to discern how we can heed our call to “tend and watch over” earth (Gen 2:15). You can read more about this retreat here.

We have two individuals who are preparing to attend and we would love it if other Creation Care leaders (or budding leaders) would attend. Attendees are asked to come back connected to a national resource network and refreshed in their work for the communities they’re accountable to.

 

Scholarships are available (please inquire at suzi-or...@comcast.net). We hope to make this feasible for anyone who wants to go!
