The third week of November is National “Yes to Wind” Week, and we’re celebrating here in Delaware with two exciting events in support of offshore wind energy — a key step toward cleaner, more reliable power and stabilized energy costs.
Yes to Wind Film Screening
When: Wednesday, November 19, 6-8pm
Where: Ashland Nature Center, Delaware Nature Society, 3511 Barley Mill Rd Hockessin, DE 19707
What: See a new short video from our friends at the National Wildlife Federation about offshore wind and wildlife, hear from experts, and make your own model wind turbine or other craft at this family friendly event. Free, though registration is requested.

Yes to Wind Happy Hour
When: Thursday, November 20th, 5:30-8pm
Where: Dogfish Head Milton Brewery - Emerson Bar, 6 Cannery Village Center Milton, DE 19968
What: Join us for a happy hour to celebrate the National "Yes to Wind" Week of Action. Hear from local leaders and network with likeminded advocates and community members. Light appetizers will be provided. Free, though registration is requested.
