Hello everybody,
my name is Regine and I am new to this group. I am German, and I know Shelley Summer's book almost since it was published, and I love her diet.
I lived in Santa Fe for a few years when I had a very bad accident and ended up in a wheelchair. I am back in Germany now, but still in touch with Kathy who signed me up for this group.
I look forward to being part of your activities
