I also tried the Ezekiel cereal. I'm not a big granola fan, so I put
1/2 cup cereal and 1/2 cup pineapple juice in a bowl and let it soak
for an hour. I added a scoop of yogurt. It was great! I didn't
need any additional sweetener or seasoning. I really liked it. The
label says the it is certified by the Glycemic Research Institute as
"Low Glycemic" for those who care.
