Ezekiel 4:9 Pasta and Cereal

Well, I have heard nothing but bad things about the Ezekiel pasta. So
I was surprised at how my experiment worked out. I made a rich
bolognese sauce and used the Ezekiel linguine. It was amazingly
good. I can say that the pasta sure isn't the texture of conventional
pasta and it has its own flavor. So it looks like if you want to add
this pasta into your diet, you might want to use it with strong
tasting sauces. But bottom line is that I liked it. Anyone try the
penne?

I also tried the Ezekiel cereal. I'm not a big granola fan, so I put
1/2 cup cereal and 1/2 cup pineapple juice in a bowl and let it soak
for an hour. I added a scoop of yogurt. It was great! I didn't
need any additional sweetener or seasoning. I really liked it. The
label says the it is certified by the Glycemic Research Institute as
"Low Glycemic" for those who care.
