Add button in toolbar area

Hello

I want to add a button in toolbar area to see compare revisions of document. I need an button, an icon and an javascript callback.

I have seen this issue https://github.com/bergie/create/issues/100 and its proposal to add button. It seems not implemented yet.

Do you have an operational way to do that ?
