This is the kind of thing I'm after for wireframing and spreading out
sheets of sketches etc. Wish it was a little closer to central
Brighton though :(

Hi Danny, yes it is slightly off the beaten track, however we are located a stones throw from Aldrington train station which is only two stops from Brighton, and the 49 bus stops very close by too.

Good point actually, as I live very close to Brighton station, can I
come and see the space anytime?
