Hi Nicky, the show was fantastic, I did notice that the more you got
into it the more you relaxed you were, you have the most gorgeous
finished items, I did notice that about half of the programme you had
no top half just the chest down and loads of hand shots.
Like you my brain was filled with the shadow boxes and interiors in
the end I did a lot of 3D decoupage and they went down a storm.
Especially the flower vases because the flowers were all paper with
loads of shading, I used velum and (or) acetate sheets for the vases.
If you run a very thin bead of silicone round the vase about halfway
up it looks like water but it has to be very thin. Oh well I'm off to
do a chest of drawers and whatever else takes my fancy.
Have a great time with the family, after all this is why we do so many
crazy things in our lives.
