Hi,
I have just found this group through an ad in a mag that I was
reading, had a look around and thought it might be good to join. I
notice that there are only a few members but I think it will not stay
that way for long. Crafting is my life these days due to having to
give up my job from the effects of a car crash some years ago. I have
always crafted in one way or another but I am really getting into
designing for myself these days and hope to learn from all of you and
also share some hints and tips that I have picked up along the way.
Well off to look around the site and see what is what. Looking forward
to getting to know you all.

Thanks for te welcome Carolyne,
My accident was some years ago now and I now use a wheelchair for
getting around outdoors, but hey I am still here and enjoying life
through crafting. It is crafting that gave me a new life, totally
different from the one I used to lead when working for someone else.
lol I am married and have 1 Son of 18 who has just started University.
You could call us a crafty family as we all craft in one sence or
another. We have all cross stitched for years and DH & DS make lots of
other things between them. I love to make Novelty Cards as they are so
much fun, I do a little designing of my own as well.
Looking forward to getting to know the other members and I think this
group may take off when people hear about it more.

welcome to our little group my name is Sue I am 57 and have been
crafting for most of my life, I have done most crafts in the past,
paper, fabric, paint you name it.
Like you crafting has become my lifeline, I have been designing papers
mainly for cards and tbag crafting, hopefully we can each have some
knowledge to help each other go forward in our crafting.
