I've already reported this to Beamdog and haven't seen it mentioned anywhere but if your saves are not showing in the load screen in my case from a cold xbox start only 2 manual saves would show today I found a workaround if you have the issue the saves aren't gone just hidden

Workaround steps Launch game select load Return to xbox home screen Quit game from menu button screen Relaunch neverwinter nights and this time most if not all saves should show at least it did for me if this doesn't work for anyone else
