Hi everyone

We have a section of the rail-trail closed TODAY (Wed. May 20) for MUB sewer line repair work. Please be aware and share! This is just a small spot behind WVU Reynolds Hall in trail mile 9 of the Mon River / Caperton Rail-Trail. No signed detour. This will be the start of a larger repair that will take several months with sporadic trail closures. During this time, the trail will be open Friday-Sunday but will continue to be a work zone.

Rail Trail Closure Notice

--Wednesday, May 20--

The rail trail will be closed near Reynolds Hall from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This closure is necessary while a Morgantown Utility Board (MUB) contractor performs repairs on a sewer main regulator.

A second closure is planned to occur during the week of May 26 - May 29. Further details will be shared as that date approaches.
