(**,T) 28 miles. Meet at the trail head at Mellons Chapel. (Drive on Route 7 to Beulah Road, then drive up the hill to the trailhead at the church.) We will bike to the end of the trail, then return to the start.
Regarding rain, if it is raining, we can stay in our cars for a few minutes, go with Jackets, or just dry off when it gets nice.
I have some family responsibilities so Kelly Williams is leading the ride. I will be there at 10 AM to ride what I can. General precautions:
1. I count two highway intersections each way. Please look both ways and be cautious. If you hear "clear", please double check for yourself before you go.
2. There are multiple intersections with back roads. Again, pay attention and look for non squared intersections. That's hard for those of us with stiff necks, but just be careful.
3. If there are visitors, prospective club members, or just riders dusting off their bikes, please someone ride with them to ensure their safety.
4. If you go below Mellons Chapel, remember Beulah is a blind intersection so stop appropriately and look.
