Preparing For The Appalachian Trail Saturday, November 17, 201210am - 1pm Now's your chance to learn about what it takes to complete this epic journey. Appalachian Outfitter's very own Nicole Chrusciel (2010 thru-hiker) will be holding a class on what it takes to successfully prepare for this once in a life time adventure.
Learn how to prepare before your hike, what types of equipment are needed, and the logistics that go along with a five-month journey. Following that, we'll have a one hour open discussion so you can ask Nicole questions addressing your personal concerns for completing this personal quest. Each attenddee will also receive an AT guide book. Due to the in depth nature of the subject matter, class size is strictly limited.
