Sorry but I have a schedule conflict and can't make this meeting.

Just had an idea. If you want to boost meeting attendance, how about
giving each attendee a raffle ticket and have a drawing at the end of
the season? Prize doesn't have to be huge to be an incentive. Maybe
free dues for 1 year?
