Welcoming Dale Kintz to the Columbia River Chapter of the Short Wing Piper Club. Dale purchased a 1958 Piper Tri Pacer N9433D with the 160 HP engine.  He is keeping it at Astoria Airport, Oregon.  If there are any members near him he asked to send him an email.
