Good morning everyone,

A few important reminders and announcements this morning.   

The board met last night and the elections were concluded.    The following board members were re-elected  Kim Hannon, Janet Boldyga and Robin Metz.  Thanks to everyone who sent in their proxies and who attended last night and a special thank you to Tim Bowser, who did not have enough votes for this term election, but is looking forward to helping on committees.

DUMPSTER

This weekend we will have the dumpsters delivered on Friday morning and removed Monday morning.  

Please DO NOT dispose: large furniture, appliances, wet paint, tires, mattresses, pallets, hazmat.  

Please DO NOT leave items outside of the dumpster.

Be courteous of your neighbors, there are only two for the entire neighborhood.  If you have a lot of things to dispose of, consider renting your own roll-off, they come in various sizes for your needs. 

YARD SALE

The CRBCA Community yard Sale is this Saturday starting at 7:30am.   We have advertised in The Star Democrat (online and in paper), The Update, various Facebook groups and Yard sale groups.  We also have new larger directional CRB Community Yard Sale signs.

HOA DUES

Anyone who has not sent in their HOA dues payment yet, they are now considered late.   I have attached the dues invoice again, of if you have any questions about payment, please reply to this email.

Anyone who has not paid will receive a reminder letter and then a letter from our attorney to start collection process.

PLAYGROUND

The slide has been broken and is being taken down and a board will be put up until we can find a replacement.

We will need to replace the entire playground sooner than later, as it is past it's life cycle and we constantly need to repairing it. 

We would like to have a Playground Committee to go over equipment options for the various ages and get quotes so we can consider it in our budget talks.  Anyone interested, please reply to this email.
