hi everyone, Happy Friday!

A gentle reminder about HOA dues which are due now.

HOA annual dues are $170. There is no additional fee for the boat ramp key this year, we are not putting a lock on the chain across the ramp (everyone always left it unlocked anyway).

Once paid you will be mailed the parking tag.

If you'd like to rent a kayak storage space it is additional $50 (few spots remaining)

If you would like to donate to the playground or community events fund, please add additional funds.

You can pay directly through our PayPal but please DO NOT pay via credit card, we are charged a fee if you do.

I am resending this due to the fact that we've had several payments paid thru PayPal via credit card. Please DO NOT pay via credit card, use your checking account in PayPal if you wish to pay your dues that way. If you did pay via credit card we are requesting the fees paid to get your account current.

Once paid you will be mailed the parking tag and if requested, the trailer sticker.
