CRBCA meeting and upcoming board elections

Good afternoon,

I hope this letter finds you well on this beautiful sunny Winter day!

We have some important requests and information about upcoming meetings and our Board of Directors election in May. 

Our next board meeting will be held at the VFW on Thursday, February 20th at 7pm. Agenda attached. More details to follow about Easter Egg Hunt and other Spring event dates after the Feb meeting.

Community Event at the VFW- Mardi Gras Party!

We may have enough interest for a fun community Mardi Gras event at the VFW on Friday, February 28th from 6pm - 8pmish

But now we need to know how many people in your party will attend to make sure we have enough interest for it to make sense.

We will also need some help with the Mardi Gras (NOLA) food themed items.

Get dressed up, let's have some fun!

All alcohol will need to be purchased at the VFW, they have a full bar with good prices! Good way to support them, too!

Please reply ASAP if you can come and how many in your party and if you will be bringing a dish to share.

2025 Board Elections: 

We are seeking nominations for the upcoming board elections, with a 3-year term, to start July 1,  2025 through June 30, 2028.

Any homeowner who is current (HOA dues paid) and will have ownership for at least one year since May 2024 (last annual meeting) and are interested in being on the ballot, or you know of someone who might be, please contact me at chesterr...@gmail.com no later than February 28th, 2025.  We will be voting on three board positions.

The CRBCA Annual Meeting and Election will be held Thursday, May 20th at the Pavilion at 7pm.
