Good morning everyone,

We sent out the HOA dues packets last month via the mail, however, I also wanted to follow up with copies via email.

If you did not receive your copies in the mail, please let us know so we can verify your mailing address.

The HOA dues are due no later than April 30th or late fee will apply.

Don't forget to send in your election proxies with payment.  Even if you plan to come to the meeting on May 14th at the VFW at 7pm, things happen and you may not be able to make it. 

For those of you who may owe previous years dues, we wrote the amount due on the mailed invoices.  Any questions please reply to this email.

If you would like to pay via PayPal, please do not automatically send it, we will send you an invoice via email.  Please reply to this email.

There was some confusion on the dues invoice about boat trailer sticker requirements,  I have attached an updated dues notice, to show the additional insurance requirement removed.
