Find the link for the comparison where in core the OS version is 4.1 (jelly bean) and duos it is 4.0 (ice cream sandwich)

Hi all,

And my budget is for 10,000 to 12,000 so just incase if the duos phone is outdated i had mentioned the core.

Or if anyone have better suggestion in Samsung or any other brand, please give the details.
