Hi,

I am a big fan of https://carbonrunner.io/ and use it for another open source project.

If we were to get free access to it, would anyone object to using it for our GH workflows?
What CarbonRunner does is that, instead of running on servers where the electricity grid is CO2-intensive, it selects automatically a clear region and runs the workflows there instead.
As users, it makes no difference to us, all it takes is to change one line of code in the workflows.

Over the last 12 months, crawler-commons and url-frontier have used respectively 572 and 464 minutes - not a huge amount I agree but given how little effort it takes to reduce the impact of these minutes, why not do it?

Any thoughts?

Julien

No objections from my side.
