Release CC 0.4?

Hi Folks,
Since CC-8 is now rolled in to CC-13, if we address 13 then we are more or less addressing the two.
I would suggest we take Chris' comments on board and push to spin a release once the above two have been addressed.
Any comments?

A quick follow up on this thread.
We've now addressed quite a number of issue for 0.4-SNAPSHOT.

Regarding issue CC-8 I feel that it is more or less resolved unless Fuad wishes to propose to remove some code from SiteMap and SiteMapParser... hopefully he can comment on the issue an expalin the requirement to remove this code.

Once the above is addressed would anyone have an issue with running a release candidate for CC 0.4?
