The Isaac Newton Hall of Residence is located in a residential area of Milan: the Gallaratese district. It is in the northwest of the city, and although it is further away from Politecnico, it is connected by the nearby underground red line (M1 San Leonardo). The residence guests are exclusively Politecnico di Milano students, who attend Campus Leonardo and Campus Bovisa. Housing is mostly in double rooms with private bathrooms, but there are some flats with single and double rooms. Near the Newton Hall of Residence there is a supermarket and the Bonola Shopping Centre, with all its services and shops, is a short distance away.

The two-bedroom one and one-half-bath apartments feature spacious living and dining room areas, and full baths with showers. Option B offers a split bedroom floor plan. Both have access to the enclosed sun porch for year-round use.
The 17 cottages on the Presbyterian Manor campus are unique in layout. They vary from one to three bedrooms, and from 1,000 to 1,900 square feet. Amenities include patios, washer and dryer, and garages.
Our campus offers two options: an entrance fee plan with a lower monthly fee, or a monthly accommodation fee without an entrance fee. Depending on the residence and finance option selected, monthly independent living fees begin at $804 per month under the entrance fee plan, or $1,881 per month if opting to pay the monthly accommodation fee. With Newton expressing so much interest in horses, a ranch-style estate only made sense. By the early 1970s, Casa de Shenandoah boasted a stable devoted to breeding rare and expensive Arabian steeds, an equine hospital, a riding corral, and additional stables. At one point, the horses even had their own dedicated swimming pool.
Many of the animals were even allowed free reign of the grounds, including wallabies, deer, African penguins, and swans. Kaleidoscopic peacocks gathering at the lakes painted a common picture on the property.
But Newton also held a burning passion for collecting luxury cars. At one time, Casa de Shenandoah hosted 13 exceedingly rare automobiles. These were stored in an array of garages across the property. Perhaps the ultimate prize in his collection was a 1929 Duesenberg once owned by his former patron Howard Hughes.
While exotic animals and car collections are impressive, the main show of lavishness at Casa de Shenandoah is undoubtedly the primary residence, completed in 1979. Unlike most Las Vegas mansions, Newton adopted a decidedly Southern influence when designing the manor. The resemblance was so striking to the Tara plantation featured in Gone With the Wind that the crooner had to publicly denounce any intentional similarity.

When you walk into a ComfortCare Homes residence for the first time, you know where you are because our homes are easy to intuitively understand. The welcoming front door leads into a cozy living room area, with an always-open kitchen just off to the side. Windows let in the light from the backyard gardens. Hallways lead to bedrooms, just like they do in typical houses.
Resident parking permit rules apply to residents living on one of several streets around Newton with a resident parking restriction in place. Permit stickers cost $25, with two stickers allowed per household. Residents need to show proof of residence on their street in order to buy a parking permit.
