ACTION REQUEST: (DISTRIBUTION) Please share Call-to-Action Letter out to your Networks & Share Reach Numbers for PA Total

Hello, PA Statewide HPV HBV Vaccination Workgroup,

We are thrilled to share with the Workgroup, our finalized HPV Vaccination Call-to-Action Letters for 2025, Above are 4 versions we discussed on our call including: Healthcare Partner, Public Health Partner, Vaccine Partner, and Clinician Partner. (see attached)

 

 We discussed our launch plan for the Call-to-Action letters on our last Workgroup Call this week. Please begin to share out through your networks starting next Monday, February 24^th, so partners can post during the month of March. HPV Awareness Day is March 4^th, but we will be amplifying our HPV vaccination message for the entire month of March to get maximum visibility.

 

We appreciate you sharing this Call-to-Action, so we can amplify our HPV Vaccination message of sharing a strong recommendation for initiating the vaccine at age 9, for both boys and girls to prevent 6 HPV related cancers.

 

We ask that you please email us (pam.s...@cancer.org) and share your network numbers reached, so we can roll them up for a statewide total for our Workgroup metrics. (example: 200 clinicians, 25 clinics, etc. )

These numbers can be an estimate. We will not be identifying any one organization’s total reached, but rather doing a cumulative total reached for PA Workgroup reporting.
