Good morning, Clarion Drug Free Coalition members!

Attached to this email you will find flyers for multiple upcoming events being hosted this fall by Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission. Please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested in attending!

PAYS Presentation – At the September 20, Clarion Drug Free Coalition we will have Joe Markiewicz presenting on Pennsylvania Youth Survey data specific to Clarion County. This presentation will include an overview of the 2023 PAYS data highlighting drug, alcohol, and problem gambling trends among youth in Clarion County. Please use the link below or refer to the flyer for the QR code and link to the sign up to attend the presentation.

Trunk or Treat – I can’t believe it’s that time of year already, but we are starting to get ready for our Annual Trunk or Treat event! I have a attached the flyer for the community as well as a flyer inviting agencies, organizations, and coalition members to set up a trunk at the event.

If you would like to have a trunk at this event, please use to the link below or the QR code/link on the Trunk or Treat Vendor/Member Invite attached to this email, or email me at jdo...@aicdac.org. In the past we have had over 200 children attend, over 300 individuals including parents, so this is a great opportunity to connect with the Clarion County community.

Free Family Painting/Painting for the Cause of Prevention Event – For children ages 11+. This event will give families the opportunity to learn about youth drug and alcohol awareness, how to prevent substance use, and have those important conversations while painting together. Seating is limited and these events have completely filled up in the past so pre-registration is required. Participants can pre-register at the link below or by using the QR code/link on the attached flyer.
