Invitation to Exhibit

I am delighted to extend an invitation to your organization to participate as an exhibitor at Pathway's 11th Annual Wellness4Schools Symposium.

The W4S Symposium has become a go-to event for hundreds of school nurses, counselors, teachers and staff to learn about health and wellness resources for their students, faculty and themselves.  The Symposium is held at the AIU Building and begins at 8am with breakfast options and exhibitor time.  Speakers are held throughout the morning and attendees are able to earn ACT 48 credits through Pathways Wellness Program, an ACT 48 Provider with the state of PA.  

The first 40 Exhibitors will be accepted to attend, due to space design.  

Exhibitor spaces include Breakfast and Coffee, 1 six foot table, 2 chairs and electricity is on a first come first serve basis.  The day of event program will list your company name and contact information for attendees to easily access your organization's information.  Ads are also available for purchase. 

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Engage directly with over 100 attendees and 40 exhibitors
- Showcase your products and services to a targeted audience seeking wellness solutions
- Network with industry leaders and professionals committed to enhancing school environments
- Listing in the Exhibitor Day of Event Brochure, printed by Pathways Wellness Program
- Enjoy coffee, tea, breakfast and snack items

ATTENDEE Information:  This symposium aims to foster a holistic approach to wellness in educational settings, providing a platform for professionals like yourself to showcase products and services that support the well-being of educators, students and families.  We are committed to ensuring that Attendee Registration is FREE.  Please share the event with your network!  We anticipate over 100 attendees again this year.  Teachers, Social Workers, School Nurses, PTA Members, School Volunteers, Foster Parents, School Administrators, School board members attend to engage with exhibitors and hear expert speakers.  ACT 48 credits are available to attendees who visit exhibitors and attend the speaker sessions.
