Good morning.
We wanted to share an opportunity to attend a free virtual session from the PA PQC. Please forward on to anyone in your network that could benefit from this session.
On November 12th, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., the PA PQC is holding a Virtual Regional Learning Session to provide an opportunity for collaboration and partnership of community partners and healthcare teams from birthing hospitals across PA. The session will focus on the recognition of Urgent Maternal Warning Signs, how partners can use this information to help support pregnant and post-partum individuals in the community, and identify ways hospital teams and community partners can best support each other. Agenda: The session will begin at 10:30 a.m. with an overview of urgent maternal warning signs from our PA PQC maternal co-chair, Dr. Aasta Mehta, to provide background for partners. At 11:00 a.m., PQC hospital teams will present on their efforts to integrate this patient education, followed by an opportunity for CBOs and hospitals to discuss ways to collaborate in raising broad awareness of this important education.
Thanks,
Kristen
