version is back to 1203 (1204 is not out yet)

changed:
"Describe in few words what did you do when the error occurred:"
to

"Describe in detail what you were doing when the error occurred:"

cuz if you're going to bother, then you *want* detail, and the rest
because the wording is more natural.

changed all "..." to "…"

changed straight quotes to curly quotes

changed:
"Press OK, to run the E-mail program or press Cancel to cancel."
to:

"To run the E-mail program, Press “OK”, otherwise press Cancel."

the wording is more natural.

i accidentally deleted a line, i've added it back. use this link to
just download it, posting to the group here introduces unwanted line

I think "few words" is better here than "details". User won't describe
anything in details, believe me.

I don't see the difference between "..." and "...". What is it?

I merged your changes into 1.2.4 EN language file in SVN. With one
exception - I left the "describe in few words" instead of "describe in
details".
